Platform purpose
Apna Dukaan Online provides digital catalogues, storefronts, enquiry tools, and related support for local businesses. It is currently an enquiry-only platform.
No payments or fulfilment through the platform
The platform does not currently process customer payments, accept orders, arrange delivery, or handle returns or refunds. Customers should contact the relevant merchant directly about product availability, price, payment, delivery, returns, and refunds.
Merchant responsibility
Each merchant is responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, images, and descriptions of its catalogue, and for all communications and transactions with its customers. A merchant’s presence on the platform does not mean Apna Dukaan Online sells, endorses, or guarantees that merchant’s products or services.
Acceptable use
You must use the platform lawfully and must not attempt to access accounts or data without permission, disrupt the service, submit misleading information, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or improve features as the platform develops. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apna Dukaan Online is not responsible for agreements, payments, fulfilment, product quality, delivery, returns, refunds, or disputes between a customer and a merchant.
Governing law and contact
